Description

ARA-290, also known as cibinetide, is a synthetic linear 11-amino-acid peptide derived from helix B of the erythropoietin (EPO) molecule. It was developed as part of a research effort to separate the tissue-protective signaling activity associated with the EPO sequence from its erythropoietic activity, and has been studied as a tool compound for examining innate repair receptor signaling.
