Description
The KLOW blend builds on the GLOW combination with a fourth research peptide: GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide; BPC-157, a pentadecapeptide derived from a partial sequence of human gastric juice protein; TB-500, a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4; and KPV, a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH studied for anti-inflammatory signaling. This kit is intended to support laboratory workflows examining matrix-biology, tissue-repair, and inflammatory-signaling pathways in parallel.
Research Context
GHK-Cu has been studied in extracellular-matrix remodeling, wound-model, and skin-biology research, including collagen and elastin synthesis pathways. BPC-157 has been investigated in models of gastrointestinal, tendon, ligament, and muscle tissue repair, with research interest in angiogenesis. TB-500 has been studied in models examining actin regulation and cell migration relevant to wound-healing dynamics. KPV, a C-terminal fragment of alpha-MSH, has been studied in models of NF-kappaB and MAP-kinase signaling, with research interest in inflammatory cytokine modulation independent of melanocortin pigmentary activity. Co-investigation of these four compounds is of interest to researchers examining overlapping matrix-biology, repair-signaling, and inflammatory pathways in in vitro and animal-model studies. No human or clinical use is suggested by this combination.
