Return Policy
At Peptide Pro, we maintain a strict No Returns, No Refunds policy to maintain the integrity of our products. However, in the rare event of a shipping error, we do provide limited exceptions. Please see the details below:
- Shipping Error Verification: All claims of incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we will not accept any returns, regardless of whether the product was incorrect. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the incorrect item, including the original packaging, to initiate a return.
- Final Sale and Exceptions: No exceptions or exemptions are made for products marked as final sale, discounted, or purchased with coupon codes. These items are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances, even in the case of shipping errors. Furthermore, we do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as dissatisfaction with the product’s performance or packaging aesthetic.
Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a disagreement regarding a shipment or product, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with our customers to reach a fair resolution. However, all disputes must be raised within 30 days of the order date. Any disputes raised after this period will be considered invalid.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in the forfeiture of any future purchase rights with Peptide Pros. We reserve the right to provide supporting documentation to the credit card company to dispute chargebacks, including proof of delivery, order confirmation, and product tracking data.
