Longevra Affiliate Program â Terms of Service

By applying to or participating in the Longevra Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not apply.
1. The Program
Tier-1: 15% on every qualifying order via your unique referral link within the 30-day attribution window. Recruiter Override Tier-2: 5% on orders generated by Affiliates you recruit (paid out of Longevra margin, recruit’s 15% unaffected). No commission on shipping/tax or refunded amounts.
2. Eligibility
Must be 21+. Comply with applicable laws. Have your own marketing channels. Cannot be a current/former Longevra employee or family.
3. Compliance Requirements (CRITICAL)
Products are sold strictly for in vitro and non-clinical research use only. Every promotional post/video/email must include the RUO disclaimer. No therapeutic/medical/human-use claims. No targeting minors. No brand-bid PPC without approval.
Strike 1: warning + 48h removal. Strike 2: 30-day suspension + pending commissions forfeited. Strike 3: permanent termination + all unpaid forfeited.
4. Payouts
Monthly PayPal, $50 minimum, paid on/about the 1st of each month. Earnings below $50 roll. Refund clawback within 60 days. We may hold for fraud review.
5. Termination
You may withdraw anytime. We may terminate with or without cause via email notice. On termination, your link deactivates, pending non-violating commissions paid next cycle, violating commissions forfeited.
6. Tax Responsibility
You report and pay tax on commissions. US: Form 1099-NEC issued at $600+/year. International: handle local obligations.
7. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor, not employee/agent/partner. No authority to bind Longevra.
8. IP
Limited revocable license to use Longevra name/logo/Asset Pack only for promotion. License ends on termination.
9. Modifications
30 days email notice for material changes. Continued participation = acceptance.
10. Limitation of Liability
Liability capped at total commissions paid in 12 months preceding claim.
11. Governing Law
State of Florida. Disputes via arbitration in Broward County, FL.
